ABOUT US
At Anadya Foundation, we are deeply rooted in the significance of water in Hindu culture. Water plays a vital role in various rituals and practices, from birth to death. Despite this reverence, many women in Rajasthan face challenges accessing water, which inspires our foundation’s motto: “Every Step Counts.” We aim to spark a movement for change, encouraging youth involvement to make a collective impact.
PROJECTS
The Anadya Foundation was conceived after witnessing the mesmerizing beauty of an ancient baudi (stepwell). The intricately chipped stones and the profound historical significance of the site inspired us to take action. Recognizing the crucial role water has played in Indian Hindu rituals from the very beginning, we felt a deep motivation to contribute meaningfully to its preservation.
